Pet Travel Made Simple – How It Works
To make the process smooth and stress-free, we’ve partnered with Pawsitive Pet Health Certificates (PPHC) — a team that specializes in guiding pet owners and veterinarians through the often-complicated travel requirements.
Step 1: Start with PPHC
Visit PPHC’s website to complete their new client intake form. Their team will review your pet’s medical records, coordinate directly with the USDA, and provide you with a detailed, destination-specific checklist. They'll let you—and our team—know exactly what’s needed and when.
Step 2: Schedule with Us
Once you’ve received your travel plan and timeline from PPHC, call us at (703) 753-4444 to schedule your pet’s appointment. We’ll perform any required exams, vaccines, or lab work based on PPHC’s instructions.
Step 3: Certificate Finalization
After we’ve completed everything on the checklist, we’ll submit the documentation. PPHC will handle the rest—including tracking the endorsed certificate from the USDA and ensuring it gets to you in time for your pet’s departure.
